Justin Cooper – President

Justin Cooper is president of CHP Consulting Inc. and a founder of CHP Consulting Limited in the United Kingdom. Cooper has overall responsibility for the North American operations of the firm, as well as development of the CHP ALFA Systems platform.

Cooper has spent 20+ years in the asset finance industry, the past 16 with CHP, and previously with Accenture. His client project work has included the design and implementation of operational, workflow and management systems; development and implementation of business and information technology strategies; business process management projects and the training of asset finance sales and IT personnel. Cooper has worked with many European and U.S. financial institutions, including Barclays, DriveTime, HSBC, ING, National Australia Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland and Textron Financial.

Cooper holds a Master of Arts degree in Mathematics, and a Master of Philosophy degree in Operational Research, both from Cambridge University in England. He is currently the chair of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association service provider business council, and a member of the UK Finance and Leasing Association. Cooper has presented at industry conferences throughout the world on topics ranging from lease accounting to e-commerce security, and is a frequent contributor to articles in industry journals and yearbooks.

Andrew Denton – Chief Marketing Officer

Andrew Denton is chief marketing officer of CHP Consulting Inc. and a board member of CHP Consulting Limited. He is responsible for the marketing of CHP Consulting's ALFA Systems worldwide and is directing the ALFA Systems campaigns across North America.

Denton has been with the company for 13 years, working on and leading projects for a number of CHP clients including Dresdner Bank, HBOS, HSBC, ING, National Australia Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland and Société Générale. Earlier in his career, Denton worked for Schlumberger, specializing in business process improvement programs.

Denton is a frequent speaker on leasing industry matters, having presented at Alta Group, Equipment Leasing and Finance Association, Euromoney, Leasing Life, Motor Finance and UK Finance and Leasing Association conferences. He also is an author of leasing process improvement and technology articles for various industry journals. Denton received a degree in computing in business from Brunel University in England.

Steve LeBarron – Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Steve LeBarron, a 25-year veteran in the equipment and vehicle leasing industries, is a vice president of CHP Consulting Inc. He is responsible for CHP sales and business development activities in North America.

Prior to joining CHP, LeBarron held management and director-level positions at GE Capital, International Decision Systems and Blackwell Consulting. In these roles, his responsibilities included customer service, consulting, product management, marketing management and business development. LeBarron's professional competencies include business strategy development and assessment, technology and business process benchmarking, marketing research and business process engineering.

LeBarron frequently speaks at industry conferences and has authored or co-authored several articles that have appeared in industry journals. He is a member of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Foundation research committee and a past member of the Operations and Technology Conference planning commitee. He received a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin - LaCrosse.

Malcolm Gordon – Vice President, Operations

Malcolm Gordon, with nine years experience in the asset finance and leasing industry, is a vice president of CHP Consulting Inc. Gordon is currently project and relationship manager for Textron Financial in the US having previously undertaken the same role with the UK-based Royal Bank of Scotland for CHP Consulting Limited. Gordon is also responsible for the recruitment and practice development of CHP's operations in the US. He has presented at the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association's Operations and Technology conference, and contributes to the marketing of the CHP ALFA Systems across North America.

Prior to joining CHP, he held consultancy and development roles with BMW Finance and, most recently, worked internationally for Borland Professional Services Consulting. He began his career in information technology development for a large multinational insurance company. Gordon received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Latrobe University in Melbourne, Australia.
